We tend to be so caught up in our days we forget to take time to simply BREATHE.
Breathing, signals to your body that everything will be okay. It helps you focus, relax, and go through your day - helping you think clearly.

๐๐๐๐ ๐ท: Breathe in slowly. Counting to four, allowing the air to travel through your lungs.
๐๐๐๐ ๐ธ: Hold your breath for another four seconds.
๐๐๐๐ ๐น: Take a long exhale counting to four.
๐๐๐๐ ๐บ: Repeat the same steps (1-3) until your body feels at ease.
