With 11 years in the flooring industry, Jane brings experience, positivity, and strong relationships to everything she does. She’s a hard-surface-with-a-rug kind of person for living spaces (Minnesota winters = carpet in basements and bedrooms though — she gets it 😉).
For Jane, the best part of the job is the people — coworkers, customers, vendors — and the relationships built along the way. One of her biggest takeaways in the industry? Great communication makes everything work better.
Her definition of going the extra mile: showing up with a positive attitude every day. A recent win she’s proud of is transitioning back to work after maternity leave — and she continues to bring flexibility, teamwork, and fresh ideas to the table.
