This past year changed everything for almost everyone and women especially were hit the hardest.

As a new mom, with most human connection out of reach, it was a priority for me to cultivate a support network in a creative way.

I wanted to share these to give you ideas on how to create your own creative support network in your life. I think they can be helpful and life-changing for all women in case help is out of reach.

I hope you feel safe and supported! It’s always nice to have a range of options and knowing support can come in many forms. 😊

Self-care is not an expense, it’s an investment. A commitment to yourself you can’t afford to break. Self-care is how you take your power back! 🙌🏻

As long as it isn’t harmful (obvs.) We have GOT to stop shaming one another for how we self-care. Especially because it can look so vastly different for all of us.

Please don’t feel bad about how you self-care, it is a multifaceted health behavior UNIQUE to each person. 🙏🏻

Jacob ripped out an old tub and revealed where my pillows were housed for years! 🛁 🙈 ⁣

The laundry room is moving up a level so I no longer can claim I’m too afraid to go in the basement to do laundry! 🤣 ⁣

We’ve got unfinished projects galore around here and that used to send me in a tizzy! Now I know good things just take time (& lots of money) so, bless this mess! 💕
