One of the most common questions I get is, ‘What do you have for headaches?’ 🤯

And while there are herbs that may support occasional head discomfort, I usually start by asking questions first. 🕵🏽‍♀️

A quick reminder from the garden today 🌿

Plants don’t grow overnight.
They need the right conditions:

☀️ sunlight
💧 water
🌱 healthy soil
⏳ time

Your nervous system isn’t much different.

When we’re constantly stressed, overwhelmed, or running on empty, we often look for a quick fix.

But true support usually comes from the basics repeated consistently:
✓ quality sleep
✓ nourishing food
✓ movement
✓ time outside
✓ moments of rest

One interesting fact: spending time in nature has been shown to help lower stress hormones and support a more balanced nervous system.

Sometimes healing starts with something as simple as slowing down long enough to reconnect with the world around you.

Your body already has built-in detoxification systems.

Your liver processes compounds every day.
Your kidneys filter waste.
Your digestive system helps eliminate what your body no longer needs.
Your skin and lymphatic system play supportive roles too.

Instead of constantly trying to “cleanse” your body, it may be more helpful to ask:

💫Am I giving my body what it needs to do its job well?

For many people, that looks like:

🌿 supporting digestion
🌿 prioritizing sleep
🌿 managing chronic stress
