HOW FAST CAN YOU MAKE MY ORDER? My turn around time is about 4-7 days. I will not make it until I have received a FULL payment through paypal. Please keep that in mind when placing your order because it may take longer than 4-7 days to make it if I do not receive a full payment. (continue to read to find out more info about payments through paypal). 4-7 days does not include shipping time. WHAT KIND OF TENDER DO YOU ACCEPT? Paypal payment only
WHAT IF I WANT IT PERSONALIZED? If you would like add a name, initials, date, or anything that is personalized to your order it will be an extra charge of $1 to each of the products. YOUR ORDER YOU MUST PAY THE FULL AMOUNT THROUGH PAYPAL ([email protected])
HOW DO I PAY THROUGH PAYPAL? You send me your email address during the convo and I send you an invoice with your total. Once I have received full payment I start on your order. HOW DO I GET MY PACKAGE? I ship your package (prices vary). It is wrapped up tightly with bubble wrap and craft paper.
**RETURN POLICY**
--If you order a custom/personalized item PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU spell any names, dates, or wording correctly for I will make it just as you sent it. I will not be able to refund you for that item. Sorry.
--If it is a mess up on my end then I will gladly remake it for you. Be sure you send me picture proof within 24 hours of the error or I can not remake it.
--If your order was shipped and it arrives broken I need picture proof within 24 hours and I will remake and send it again after I received the picture in the message.
