The markets are open 12-5pm today, and and of course, the splash pad is on and ready for fun from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Beat the heat with us at Geyer Commons! Tonight’s lineup includes a DJ, splash pad, balloon animals and a super special FOAM PARTY with our friends at Foam Playground! All the activities are free as part of our Unplugged Fridays, presented by Methodist Mansfield Medical Center.

SPLASH PAD UPDATE: The Geyer Commons splash pad will be out of service for the remainder of today, May 28, due to work being done on the water lines nearby. We will be back in action by 9a.m. Friday on our regular schedule, and invite you to check out one of our three other splash pads in the meantime!

Thank you for your patience as we work to keep the parks functioning in remarkable condition, all the time!

First day of summer means it’s time to unplug, Mansfield l! Join us for a free outdoor concert by The Jukebox Heroes tonight at Geyer Commons from 6 to 9 PM as part of our Unplugged Fridays series, presented by Methodist Mansfield, Medical Center. The night includes lawn games, hands-on nature, activities, and, of course, our amazing cottage market vendors.

Dinner plans are already made! We’ll have Hale on Wheels (Italian food), Simply Sippin, mister softee, and Top Dem Dogs (hotdogs) food trucks… see you at the market!

It's almost market time, Mansfield! The shops open at 5 p.m. Friday, and that's when the fun begins!

Join us tonight for Unplugged Friday presented by Mansfield Methodist Medical Center. Tonight's family game night is Sports Trivia, see how your knowledge of stats and fun facts stacks up against the competition and win fun prizes!

Saturday kicks off bright and early with yoga on the lawn, hosted by , and Sunday we've got a pop-up market for even more fun shopping to browse and buy.

Of course, we've got music and lawn games anytime the shops are open, and the splash pad is always on from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day of the week.

The sun is back out and movie night is ON! Join us tonight for food trucks, crafts, photos and watching Freaky Friday under the stars! Cottage market and food trucks are open now, games and fun start at 6 p.m. and the movie will begin close to 8 p.m. or as soon as it’s dark enough.

The one thing your mom wants the most this weekend? To spend some screen-free quality time with you! Don't stress making fancy reservations or elaborate plans when we've got a weekend full of free family fun for all ages and interests, happening throughout your favorite hometown!

This week's Unplugged Friday movie presented by Methodist Mansfield Medical Center is Freaky Friday and begins about 8 p.m. Bring mom early for trivia, crafts, and photo ops! Food trucks include Nearly Famous Burgers & Wings, Chuck & Tiff's Gelu Italian Ice and the Lemonade Lounge.

On Saturday, enjoy a refreshing yoga class with mom thanks to Sunshine Yoga Shack, then go check out the Monarch Festival presented by Methodist Mansfield Medical Ctr to explore interactive butterfly exhibits, crafts, games and more at Oliver Nature Park or see the classic rides at the Historic Mansfield Car Show. Or, just stick around Geyer Commons for shopping, splash pad, lawn games, and our Satur-yay kids' craft making paper bouquets, plus visit from That's What's Up BBQ starting at 1:30 p.m.

For the big day, treat mom to an afternoon of shopping at not only our amazing cottage market, but also a pop-up street full of shops with gifts and treats just for her. There's no bigger way to show you care than shopping small! And don't forget the lunch... on Sunday we're thrilled to bring Jovanna's Cafe, Cousins Maine Lobster, Nearly Famous Burgers & Wings and the Lemonade Lounge to make sure mom gets a little bit of everything she loves!

Interested in being a part of the magic at Geyer Commons? Applications are now open for the Fall 2026 season, which runs from September through January 2027.

Staff will be onsite today, May 7, from 10 a.m. to Noon and from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, May 8 to answer any questions regarding the cottage market not covered on our website. Good luck, and we hope to see you at the market soon!
