I accept PayPal ONLY and I ship DIRECTLY thru PayPal Shipping. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Right before you ok the purchase you have the option to change the shipping address; this is your chance to make a change if you have moved or the address is miss
ing something such as an apartment #. I am not responsible for any errors made in your shipping address. Once it leaves my house you will receive tracking information provided by the USPS; it is out of my hands at that point. Should an error occur (like the item was not able to be delivered due to insufficient address in your acct) You must update your paypal shipping address and I will resend the item at YOUR COST. NO REFUNDS will be made b/c of a shipping address error on your part. Please order in plenty of time for your needed event. There are NO refunds on custom orders; I feel as though I send many photos and have many private conversations thru FB or email before I mail out your purchase; this is your time to speak up if you do not like something I have done/plan to do. Once you receive your item, if you feel there is a problem or it does not meet your expectations, PLEASE CONTACT ME within 24 hours (starting at time tracking shows delivery) and I will try to resolve the issue.
