Main Street Books Mansfield's COMMUNITY Bookstore. We are Mansfield's favorite independent, general bookstore. We order regularly and can get special titles within a day or two.

We sell used books and take them in exchange for store credit. We have all the usual categories--from fiction to biography to cookbooks to picture books--plus a huge selection of books on Ohio or by Ohioans, Mansfield area books and films, a large selection of quality graphic novels, journals and other gifts, and greeting cards. Our reading loft is open to the public--we even offer free wi-fi! Che

I have such sad news to share today, friends. The bookstore will be closing down permanently at the end of the month. September 26th will be our last day. Please read this post where I try to express my gratitude for working with you all so many years.

I'm writing you today with sad news: the owner of the bookstore, John Fernyak, has decided it's time to close Main Street Books' doors permanently. Our last day will be Saturday, September 26.
