For our first local business feature, we're showcasing "Last Call Glass Company"
Last Call is a unique memorial company that creates one of a kind glassware for you and your loved ones to carry on the memories and share a toast with those who have passed.
Founded by local man Chad Carlberg, the idea came to him while attending his grandfather's funeral in 2021.
" I was struck by how the energy and atmosphere changed when the funeral party moved from the church to the legion across the street. As people began to share stories, laugh, and raise a toast to my grandfather, it felt more like a genuine tribute to his spirit than the formal funeral service. That evening, I shared this experience with some friends, and I decided to embark on this venture."
In this moment of loss and reflection, his company was born, beginning sales in October of 2023.
