The beginning of this past week was spent in Denver at the CSU plant trails evaluating next year's new product, visiting with the suppliers we use, and keeping in touch with other wholesale operations.
Always a quick and packed trip, but one that gets us excited for planning the season ahead.

Covering mums is a breeze, even a three year old can handle it!

Mum crop is progressing. Had to start covering some of them about two weeks ago so they bloom on the target ship date.

Yes we are still here! Been chugging away on mum stuff, cleaning up from spring, planting our long term crops for next year and shipping some June items.

We have 5 out of 6 weeks of mums planted.
All of wow Spaced and on drip tape.

Had a visitor around the salvia the other day.

It is hard to believe that the spring shipping season has slowed and the first group of Mum plugs has been planted. Preparations for the fall crop have commenced.

Planting is slowing down, but shipping has still been heavy this week. Empty floors are a welcome sight!
