We started our ROOTED journey on a Third Thursday in July of 2019! What better way to celebrate that journey than by coming to DowntownMHK tonight. We will be there until 8pm and hope to connect and thank you for your support!

With our announcment on Sunday, you might be wondering, What's Happening!! Well, through the graciousness of a fellow fair trade retailer, all of our inventory remaining after this week will be heading to that store. Then, we will be selling many of the existing fixtures and display pieces in the store over the coming weeks. If you have interest in any of those things please let us know. We want it all to find a new home!

THE LAST HURRAH!
After 6 years, ROOTED will close its doors for the last time on Saturday, Sept. 20. So, you have this week to come in one last time to make a purchase or just say hey.

Laurie and Kevin will be at the store for Third Thursday from 5pm-8pm and also on Saturday.

We can't thank you enough for your loyalty and support, but most importantly we are thankful for how you have helped our artisan partners.

🌿 A New Chapter for ROOTED Fair Trade 🌿

After six meaningful years serving this amazing community, we’ve made the difficult decision to step away from ROOTED Fair Trade and are looking to sell the business. While the last few months have been difficult financially, we think the right person with the right heart and and engery could be the buyer to carry our mission forward. 💜

When we first opened ROOTED Fair Trade, our dream was simple: create a space where every purchase changes a life, where artisans are honored, and where our local community feels connected to something bigger. We are proud of how we have done just that!

If you’ve ever dreamed of owning a business with heart, or know someone who has, we’d love to talk. We hope this isn’t the end of ROOTED’s story—just the start of its next adventure.
