TULIP SUPREME

A vibrant field of tulips stretches across the land,
a symphony of pink and purple hues against lush green leaves.
Even the stems missing their petals don’t take away from the beauty—
they speak of time passing,
of how nothing lasts forever.

The lesson?
Grab the moment when it reveals itself.

There’s a tradition in NYC that every New Year’s Eve at 12 midnight glorious fireworks usher in a midnight run in Manhattan’s Central Park. And every year the fireworks get more and more extravagant and gorgeous. This is a snap from this year’s showing. A painterly rendition of pyrotechnic fanfare.
