Job title: Kitchen & Front-of-Store Assistant Summary: Part time
Provide hands-on support across kitchen and front-of-store operations, customer assistance, and cleaning/maintenance to ensure food safety, product quality, and excellent customer experience. Knowledge of food allergy!
Key responsibilities:
Assemble and pack chocolate boxes into gift packaging to company presentation standards.
Fill and rotate chocolate cases and retail displays; restock inventory and ensure product labeling and freshness. Give inventory updates.
Assist customers at the counter: answer product questions, take orders, pack purchases, and handle transactions if required.
Knowledge of Food Allergy!
Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, baking pans, molds, and equipment after use.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchenware; manage dishwashing station and keep it organized.
Sweep, mop, and maintain clean floors, drains, and kitchen surfaces; remove garbage and manage recycling.
Clean and maintain the front of the store to present a tidy retail environment.
