Corn silk, usually known as a pesky part disguarded when shucking delicious nibbles in the summer. Has surprisingly been used for centuries medicinally.

Traditional indigenous teachings offer many great stories of corn and its uses.

Corn Silk is a great remedy for urinary tract infections, reduces prostate inflammation, relief from gout. And its diuretic action helps flush out toxins from the body.

Many have used it as a bed wetting remedy even, and lowers blood sugar levels in diabetics.

This glorious relative of the grass family not only is delicious to eat, it helps the body heal when all parts are used.

Corn Silk is wonderful.

A ceremony is ritual observance that we as humans in all walks of life celebrate. Be it birth or death, graduation, religious, or rites of passage, it is human nature to honor ourselves and others through ceremony.

In my understanding of the world, LIFE...is Ceremony

When we walk through our day to day with intention and graditute, we honor ourselves.

When we walk through nature respectfully appreciating its beauty and bounty, we honor the world around us.

I am here as a humble herbalist bringing offerings of the earth for your health and well-being. So that you may honor yourself in the ceremony of your daily rituals, caring for yourself in a natural way that can be in harmony with the world around you!

Herbal offering are all seasonal and hand crafted with love and intent. Mostly wild crafted and hand foraged from the beautiful Great Lakes area of Michigan. It is here that my ancestors walked with these plants and passed knowledge of thier healing onto generations.

Thank you for being apart of this journey and bringing Ceremony into your life everyday.
