Contrary to what my wife believes (the syrup maker 😆), good espresso is absolutely the most important ingredient in your iced latte! Our espresso blend (Manahawkin Blend) provides the right body to cut through milk, but also good acidity to offer a sweet aftertaste
Our coffee is always Grade 1 or comparable meaning it has a low tolerance for defects per pound (unripe coffee, insect, fungal, physical damage). It is always fresh crop, and tested for moisture level and water activity
