We are always looking for volunteers, an hour to more, and flexible to work with your schedule. Seeking people over 18 who can repair winter/summer sports equipment and electronics, and who are experienced at social media. Or any other talents you wish to contribute. Today, Mammoth Hospital Auxiliary President Lorrie Gould joined KMMT Radio to talk about the incredible impact the Auxiliary has on healthcare in our community. From volunteering at The Cast Off to supporting important hospital projects, the conversation highlighted how Auxiliary volunteers help Mammoth Hospital continue bringing advanced technology, updated facilities, and great care to our community close to home.

Last week, we got together for a volunteer appreciation luncheon hosted by the Mammoth Hospital Foundation for the Mammoth Hospital Auxiliary. It was a great chance to celebrate the amazing people who give their time to help support healthcare in our community.

It was exciting to hear Auxiliary President Lorrie Gould announce the first $100,000 gift toward the Auxiliary’s $500,000 commitment to the North Wing Project. It’s special knowing the work we do helps support projects like the new café for patients, families, and hospital staff.

We also heard from Dr. Pete Clark, who shared a great reminder about how important volunteering and helping others can be — not just for the community, but for ourselves too.

Volunteering at The Cast Off is such a fun and meaningful way to give back, meet new people, and support quality care close to home. We’re always looking for more volunteers if you’d like to join us!

A special evening at Mammoth Hospital. On Thursday, April 17, several of our volunteers attended the dedication of the new CT Scanner, made possible in part by a $300,000 donation from the Mammoth Hospital Auxiliary—the largest contribution to the project.

We had the opportunity to tour the beautiful new CT suite, which is truly impressive. Canon representative John Fierro was on hand to answer questions, and the program featured thoughtful remarks from Tom Parker, Gardiner Miller, and Dr. Walker. The evening concluded with a lovely spread of food and beverages.

We’re proud to support advancements that make a real difference in patient care and the health of our community.
