You may hear small business owners say that they do a little happy dance when someone loves their work enough to purchase it.

It’s true. I do.

When a customer also takes the time to post positive feedback about their experience doing business with me and the quality of my product, it serves as validation, it makes me feel happy and joyful, it makes me feel proud, and it motivates me to continue to channel this creative energy that began in response to loss.

You really never know why someone takes a certain path… until you do.
