What started as a simple vision has grown into something we’re incredibly proud to share, a fully mobile ice cream parlor designed to bring you inside the Ice Daddy’s.

This isn’t just an ice cream truck. It’s a rolling ice cream shop, built to serve up smiles at festivals, neighborhoods, schools, businesses, weddings, and community events all across Central Illinois.

We’ve spent years finding new ways to connect with our customers, and this next chapter allows us to reach more families, create more memories, and share even more of what makes Ice Daddy’s special.
