Hello all! My name is Wanda Surber. I created this page to raffle off hand made baby blankets and hand made wreaths.

I lost my husband a little over a week ago and I needed something to keep my mind occupied. I’ve been in the carnival business my entire life, with everything going on we are unable to open. So please join me in the fun of raffles!
