After 6 surgeries in just 6 months I finally feel well enough to get back into my shop! Today I made 2, 4ft flower boxes and got them stained! I think I'll get a few more made this weekend, plus I'm helping with the decor for an upcoming wedding and am excited about that! I love creating flower arrangements!

Easter and spring are my favorite time! I think it's the colors!! Tomorrow I will be in the shop making porch welcome signs. If I don't freeze. We got 5 inches of snow last night, but the sun is now out and it's melting!!

Once again I have not done much in the way of crafting, with another surgery in a couple of days, it's been all about trying to have the Christmas shopping done, groceries bought, and projects for me to do while recuperating. But I did get a wreath made for an elderly neighbor and a flower box to sit on a piano for a function tomorrow! I did make 50 chocolate snowmen for a few who wanted them. I've been kept super busy but that's how I like life!

Looking forward to Easter, maybe Valentines, when I can get out to the shop and work!

It seems like forever since I've been out in the shop to work! After my 4th hand surgery these past 2 years, they don't quite work as well as they did, harder to grasp things. But I actually got a fall, Thanksgiving project done! Love fall colors by the way! 🍁🍂

Since I'm having another major surgery on my foot and will be off it for 6 weeks and then 6 more weeks with crutches and a boot I'm cutting out a bunch of ducks to paint. Big 2 feet ducks! Something to keep me busy. I'll add a stick or wire to stand them up to place out at the Great Salt Lake, near the Shorebird reserve! There used to be a few hundred cardboard ones but they were either stolen or ruined by changing water levels. I've found parts of 8 of them, so decided to make them more permanent, unless they get stolen.🤷‍♀️

I spend an awful lot of time at the lake and the ducks are now my friends! And they need some new colorful signs just for them! 😂

Off to teach a class on levi uses! A pr***en and teen class! Purses and pocket magnets! Been doing this same class for 10+ years and they still love it! 🤷‍♀️

I recently taught a Valentines greeting card class! I was shocked to see more men (middle aged) than women in attendance. Boy do men like stickers! 😂 They all had a great time as I did!
