Opened in 1960 by the late Eugene Polk, the pharmacy is now owned and operated by Eugene’s son, Brinson Polk, and his mom, Edith Polk, visits the pharmacy often to keep everyone on their toes. Brinson Polk and Tina Roberts are our dedicated pharmacists.

Due to hazardous road conditions Wednesday morning, January 17th, we have decided to delay the opening of Gene Polk’s Pharmacy until 10:00 a.m. (or possibly later) for the safety of our employees and customers. Due to hazardous road conditions, Gene Polk’s Pharmacy will be closing early today (January 16th) to allow employees to get home safely. We are watching the weather and road conditions and will make the decision to close when needed. Updates will be posted on our page as they become available. As of now, the pharmacy is expected to open at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 17th. If roadways are not clear by this time, opening of the pharmacy could be delayed.
