Encore Family Store Encore Family Store is a program of ICAP selling donated items to the public. Proceeds from the store will support ICAP programs and unmet needs in Lake County.

The Encore Family Store, a program of Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership (ICAP), operates as a thrift store, selling donated items to the public. We take donations Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday during business hours. Limited to 5 boxes/bags, larger doantions need to called ahead and scheduled.

We will be open Tuesday through Thursday and closed Friday. We will re-open on Saturday for our normal business hours.
