The first Madison Moves of the summer was such an amazing time!☀️

Thank you for creating such a fun and engaging space for the kids at Peace Park. There were lots of bubbles, creative yoga poses, and laughs all around! He'll be back 8/4 to lead an adult workshop.

Madison Moves kicks off its first session with Pogie the Yogie at Peace Park 💫

He will be leading a joyful yoga experience for kids—bringing movement and big-hearted energy to downtown Madison. This first session is all about fun, imagination, and getting little bodies moving.

Expect laughter, community, and a whole lot of feel-good energy as we launch this free series into the season. Bring a mat, bring the kids, and come ready to move!

Next up on our downtown history tour: B-Side Records!!

Since opening on State Street in 1982, B-Side Records has evolved from a niche shop for vinyl and cassette collectors into the last remaining record store in downtown Madison. Over the course of four decades, the business successfully navigated major industry shifts—including the transition to CDs, the rise of digital streaming, and the 2008 recession—by balancing rare finds with popular new releases. After celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2022 with a move to a larger location, B-Side continues to thrive as a Downtown Madison staple!
