Hiya!
It's been a couple weeks since I've posted to social media, but I have a couple updates for ya:
1) Today I finished these socks that have been languishing on the needles for almost 2 years (needing only the toe grafted shut and ends woven in 😬) using our Daring DK weight yarn in Chimney sweep and Bisexual Pride pack stripes. They're a little thicker than I'd normally want in socks, but I'll probably mostly be wearing them inside my house Crocs. Pattern is Simple DK Shortie Socks by .studio!

Knitcircus, like many other vendors, was scheduled to be at this weekend, which was cancelled due to the ongoing disaster relief needed in the region after Hurricane Helene. Consider shopping online with those vendors (you can find a list at saffsite.org), whose fall income was likely heavily reliant on sales from this event.
Also consider sending money to organizations like the and that are aiding with relief efforts. I know firsthand the work they're doing is super important - I was able to work with the Red Cross to help locate and organize aid for my grandparents in Old Fort, NC in the days following the storm.
