Words cannot express how grateful I am to have had this journey with Pax Fibers. Thank you all SO MUCH for the support! I know I had said we'd be closing up at the end of 2025, but it turns out this isn't an immediate process, so you now have until January 20th to place orders, if you so choose!
So grateful to have connected with you
all on all things crafty. I've also had the BEST support along the way from my husband Tamas. ❤️ We both appreciate your orders, your support, and all the great interactions and friendships we've made since PF started in 2020.
I'm excited for the next chapter, and I look back fondly at the closing of this one. 🧶

Friends! I am here with big big news, both an ending and an amazing beginning. We are excited to announce that we'll be adding a new family member in 2026. ❤️ But we're sad to announce that we'll be wrapping up Pax Fibers as well.
It's hard to come up with proper words to describe how grateful I am that I've gotten to do this since 2020. What started as a covid boredom project turned into something much more, and I made SO many amazing connections out of it. By far my favorite part has been the markets, particularly getting to grow with the . Thank you so much to that team for my introduction to the whole crazy craft market world!
To all my customers, friends, family, and fellow yarn nerds: THANK YOU. I'm looking forward to taking this time to focus on creating and taking care of a whole new human, but I'll be sad to leave this chapter behind. I can't thank you enough for your support.
Now here's the fun part: our yarn is in the nursery, and I need to clear it out. I'm hoping you can help me with this! From now until we shut down the store, all orders are 25% off with code BABY2026. Any support in helping me find new homes for this yarn is greatly appreciated!!

Pax here, along with Laura to say a big big big THANK YOU to all to attended the and to the organizers. Thanks to those who attended the various other craft fairs over the last few months. I'm honored to be a part of this, and I love getting to know each and every person who comes to my booth. I've also gotten to know some amazing vendors (such as and , for example) , who have been SUCH fun vendor neighbors.
One of my favorite things at the markets is being able to instantly spot a knitter or crocheter. Usually they come up to my booth and the first thing out of their mouth is "....oh no....." .
I've also loved your questions and comments, from crafters and non-crafters alike. "What are these, scarves?" "Are these fancy dog chew toys?" "How much yarn would I need to knit a sweater for my cat?" "How much yarn would I need to knit a sweater for my dog?"
Honored to be a part of all this, so grateful for the support. Can't state that enough :). This ends my market season for 2024, now I'm going to take some time to start on my next sweater! Looking forward to seeing your creations, happy crafting, and thank you. ❤️

What a busy weekend yall. Phew. Hope you're all taking time to be with the people you love, and do things you love. We've got back to back holiday markets over here, which is hard work but always a blast! Two things I want to mention:
1) the shop is updated and everything is 20 percent off with code Dec2025
2) next market is the Four Winds Farm Winter Market on December 6th and 7th. This is a ticketed event that will have live music, drinks, and crafting. Come hang out!!

Another fabulous , as always! Always so happy to be involved. ❤️ I loved the spooky theme, and met many amazing people.
The shop is now open again post-market, and I hope to add more yarn soon! Plenty of single skeins left that are on sale. Bonus photo of Bentley, my coworker's dog.
I have three more markets coming up in the Madison area this fall/winter! See you there, details to come. :)

Gotta love a good quick knitting project in between big ones! Threw together a hat using some rainbow mohair and sock weight yarn that I dyed a few years back. I enjoy the pooling at the top of the hat. 🌈

Got to cross a bucket list item off my list, thanks again for following me and being a part of making that happen 💖 You know you're in for a good time when you're surrounded by people who are voluntarily spending their vacation by spending some 9 and 8 hour days hiking up a mountain while knitting. 😁 That's my kind of fun!
We visited a natural dyeing studio, a mini mill, and many other cool yarn-ey places. To anyone considering visiting Iceland, it's so worth it!
