The strawberries are so beautiful right now so let’s kick off SUMMER by adding a new strawberry dessert item to the menu in the dining room!
A warm flaky croissant with a heavy schmear of Nutella covered in freshly sliced strawberries and then topped with hazelnut drizzle and powdered sugar!!! I’m thinking a side of ice cream “add on” from Trolley Treats & Sweets needs to be a thing!

You all had some GREAT recipe ideas for my surplus of eggs and we will definitely be trying some of them out but this week I’m going to take the easy way out to use up a bunch of eggs and not cause too much extra work for myself…I just have to boil and peel them for this coming weeks special!!!!

CAJUN SHRIMP BOIL!
Jumbo shrimp, smoked sausage, corn, baby potatoes and a few hardboiled eggs! All smothered in a delightful Cajun style buttery sauce and served with my homemade cheddar bay biscuits. $19.99

She’s Leslee, she’s amazing and she’s our new manager for the shops! She’s the best of the best and we are beyond blessed that she has chosen to grow and prosper with us!!!
