Today, we mourn the heartbreaking loss of Josh Rogers, a visionary leader and the CEO of NewTown Macon. Josh was more than a changemaker; he was the heartbeat of Macon’s revitalization, bringing life and hope to every corner of our downtown community. His passion for innovation and his tireless work to make downtown Macon a vibrant, thriving hub will never be forgotten.

At Pretty Lux Co., we had the privilege of experiencing Josh’s brilliance firsthand. He was one of our biggest supporters, often sharing how our team-building workshops and unique offerings added a fresh perspective to downtown Macon’s growth. His encouragement meant the world to us and reminded us of the importance of community and creativity in building a legacy.

Josh was more than just smart and engaging—he was inspiring. His vision for downtown Macon was rooted in a deep love for this city and its people. He saw the potential in every brick and every person, and he turned dreams into reality with his unwavering determination and leadership.

Wow, oh wow! When I set out on this journey with Pretty Lux Co., I had a vision—one where community and collaboration would be at the heart of everything we do. Today, I’m humbled and honored to share that we've been voted Middle GA's Best Place to Buy a Gift. This recognition means more than words can express because it represents the love and support of a community that believed in us from the start.

In just one year, we’ve accomplished what many thought impossible. Some even tried to duplicate what we’ve built, but there's only one Pretty Lux Co. This is just the beginning. My dream was to bring an experience to Middle GA that we didn’t have to drive to Atlanta for, because our community is just as talented and dope. I hope this milestone paves the way for deeper, more meaningful partnerships with those who share our passion for uplifting and empowering others. Because when we come together, there’s no limit to what we can achieve.

Let’s continue to choose and watch how far we can go.
