Easy Baking Ingredients that you can make at home. No need to buy if you run out these ingredients. Works perfect every time.

SELF-RISING FLOUR:
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

CAKE OR PASTRY FLOUR:
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup flour

BREAD FLOUR:
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon vital wheat gluten

OAT FLOUR:
Grind oats into food processor until powdery.

POWDERED SUGAR:
Grind granulated sugar into food processor until powdery.
