Flower farming is the hardest thing I’ve ever done. My middle aged body is in full blown revolt. I spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to quit…but then I go out into the field when the wind is blowing gently and the sun is fading. The flowers are swaying as if to say, “Pick me! Pick me!”. And I want them all. Not to sell, but to put on MY table. And the wink from the Creator helps me set the alarm for 5am on a Monday morning once more.
