A little look inside the studio lately šØ
Weāve been adding to our glaze lineup and making new test tiles so we can really see what everything does in the kiln.
Blues, browns, flecks in some of them, and they all show up a little differently once theyāre fired on a tile. Thatās always the interesting part ā-what you think youāll get isnāt always exactly what comes out.
We added a few new glazes recently so weāve been testing those alongside the ones we already use. Just watching everything shift and change as it goes through the kiln.
Thereās something kind of cool about the science of it too and seeing how all those materials react in real time! Excited to see what this next round of tiles looks like.
