Tonight during Wine Crawl, Allen's Alley will be open so everyone can see the renovations before any tenants move in. 5:30-8:30. Come see where artisan's and makers will make their homes and you'll be able to find handmade, original and thoughtfully crafted goods in the future.

We will be holding an open house during the Wine Crawl. Come see the spaces before they are leased. We will be filling it with artisans, makers, artists and specialty shops offering unique, original, handmade and artful goods.

Soon to be available, Perhaps September or October, small retail space. Businesses will be juried in. Goal is to focus on art and handcrafts, paintings, photographers, jewelry, pottery, basketry, etc. if you have ever been to the Bridge’s Emporium in Bastrop that is the idea. Lease will require small number of required open hours per week, other times optional.
Lease will include HVAC, electric, shared public space bathrooms and cleaning only of public space.
This is not a rent a booth type arrangement. Merchants will have and be responsible for their own spaces.

I do not know when the buildout will be completed yet. Should be this fall. Will be leasing the spaces by square footage. Different sizes are available soon.
