I am sorry we have been absent for a while. A close friend of ours lost their daughter.
The celebration of life is tomorrow, and then we will be back at the farmers market next week.
We are able to deliver if y'all need something (just not tomorrow)!

Last Friday good friends of ours lost their daughter in an accident on the Bonnet Carre Spillway Bridge on I10.
She was a beautiful young lady. Only 26 years old, smart, witty and such a beautiful soul.
As parents, we plan for college, marriages and grandchildren, not having to plan a funeral for our child. All of the future hopes and dreams were ended for this family. To help with the funeral costs, friends have arranged a celebration of life on July 30th with an auction.
If anyone would be interested in donating to the auction please contact me and I can put you in touch with the organizers, or I can bring your donation to them along with my items.

Green beans just came out of the freeze dryer! Time to thaw the machine and put in the peaches! I can't wait for this weekend at the German Coast Farmers Market. We are working on getting the fruits and veggies done up for y'all, and of course, we will have a selection of candy as well! Let us know if there is anything you'd like to see us freeze-dry for you!

You can find us at the German Coast Farmers Market-Destrehan on Saturday from 8 - noon, and at the White Castle Community Center from 1 - 5 on Sunday!
