R&S inflatables has an immediate opening for laborers. Please read the description before messaging. - this is primarily a weekend job. There are no guaranteed set hours because our hours are based on customer need. You may work 10 hours, you may work 15 or less depending on the schedule. We always know what that would be the Thursday before. Because we cannot guarantee a set number of hours each week this job would be perfect for someone looking to pick up some extra money. -We do consider high schoolers of driving age as we do work around academic and athletic schedules. - if you are willing to work during the week there will be units that need cleaned. - Ability to work independently with minimal instruction both in cleaning the units and doing deliveries and pick ups. - THIS IS A LABOR INTENSIVE JOB. You must be willing and able to lift 50-250 lbs (with assisting devices such as dollies and ratchet straps), sometimes with a partner and sometimes alone. You will spend a lot of time driving to and from locations. You will also get wet and dirty with this job at times. - clean driving record preferred, experience driving and backing up a trailer is a plus - must be willing to respect customers wishes when it comes to their property. Be able to interact with customers, explain the how to operate the inflatables safely and handle payments. - be able to follow directions and equipment checklists as to what equipment must be dropped off and picked up at each delivery. - $12.50-$15.00 based on job duties per hour, pay is bi weekly direct deposited. Pay increase possible after 90 day probationary period. For added context reference the pay. It starts out at $12.50 per hour. The ability to work solo shifts, determines the pay rate after we have completed training and evaluated abilities. - helping to clean and put away equipment is a must, this can be done during the week which will result in more hours if you are willing to put in the work.
