Happy National Teacher Day to all the educators out there shaping lives every single day. 🍎🧡

Being an instructor at Flagger Force has taught me that teaching goes far beyond a classroom. It’s early mornings, long drives, adapting to every personality, answering the same question 15 different ways, and making sure every person who leaves your class goes home safer than they arrived. 🚧

I’ve met people from all walks of life through these classes. Some nervous, some excited, some trying to rebuild their lives and careers from the ground up. And honestly? Watching people gain confidence in themselves is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Teaching traffic control and safety isn’t always easy, but knowing you played a role in helping protect crews, families, and communities out on the road makes every long day worth it.

To every instructor, trainer, mentor, coach, and leader — thank you for the patience, the passion, and the impact you make behind the scenes every single day. 💪🏼

And to Flagger Force… thank you for giving me the opportunity to grow, teach, travel, and connect with so many incredible people along the way. 🧡🚦
