We are a vendor for the Southern Iowa Junk Journey. We are location X on the map. Located on Front Street in Lucas, IA. Some of the things we have in the store are cast iron, John Deere Tractors, Longaberger Baskets and Pottery, Granite Ware, Coca Cola, Pepsi and other vintage signs. We will be open from 8am to 6pm on 10/17 and 10/18.

We will be open the 3 weekends leading up to the Junk Journey
September 26th and 27th
October 3rd and 4th
October 10th and 11th
Friday and Saturday from 10am to 3pm.

We look forward to seeing you all over the next month!!!

Great news!!! We have decided to open the store for a few weekends this fall. Our current plan is to be open for business on the following days and times.

September 26th and 27th from 10am to 3pm
October 3rd and 4th from 10am to 3pm
October 10th and 11th from 10am to 3pm

We will also be participating in the Southern Iowa Junk Journey. Our hours for this special event are October 17th and 18th from 8am to 6pm both days.

I hope you will be able to stop by the store during these 4 weekends.

Services for Dwight Floyd Freeman, 88, of Indianola, who passed away Monday, June 23, 2025 in Des Moines, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O. F. Cemetery. Dwight is survived by his wife, Marcie

What a wonderful weekend for the fall Southern Iowa Junk Journey ! Met a lot of new clients that came from Tx, Co, Mo, Ok, Mn and all areas of Iowa. Even had a couple from Canada! Thanks to all who stopped in! We especially want to thank all our current customers that have supported us the last 25 years! Will be getting our Christmas ready the first week in November. The windows are fun to decorate!! We appreciate you supporting our Small Business! Thank-you!

Southern Iowa Junk Journey 3 days away! Hope you have the time to stop in for a visit! All fall decorations 25 per cent off. Discount on cast iron, Longaberger baskets, graniteware and Isabel Bloom statues on Friday October 18th and Saturday October 19th. Will be open both days 8 am to 6 pm.

We are getting the store ready in Lucas, Iowa for fall and the Southern Iowa Junk Journey which will be October 20th, 21st and 22nd. Hope you can stop in for a visit! Specials for the month of October on Graniteware, Cast iron pieces, Isabel Bloom and all toy tractors and toy farm equipment. Our store hours for the journey will be 8-6pm Friday and Saturday and 10-2pm Sunday. On Saturday the 21st will be fall fest in Lucas. Will have several vendors and garage sales on Main Street in Community building and fire station. Hope you can find a treasure you can't live without at FRONT STREET ANTIQUES!!
