THIS SUNDAY!!!! I have 3 openings for the 27th for updated family photos... It will be in an open field, with trees, greens, etc to give a neutral YEAR ROUND feel for your photos. Please let me know if you would like one of the remaining spots.

RAFFLE FUNDRAISER benefiting Julie Parker Evans.

Raffle Fundraiser, all proceeds will benefit Julie Parker Evans and her family. Each entry is $20 for your chance to win a 30 minute photo session valued at $250. Winner will be announced on November 1st.
Julie Evans got COVID in January of 2022 and developed pulmonary fibrosis. In April 2024, Julie was told she needed a lung transplant. She was listed on April 28th and by the 30th had a donor and received a double lung transplant on May 1, 2024 at Baylor Scott and White in Dallas. Julie remained in the hospital until September 5, 2024, and is now staying with her sister to be close for continued doctor’s appointments. All entries will directly benefit Julie and her husband Bobby as they continue navigating rehab and being away from home. If you would like to enter the raffle please Venmo me at -Mortensen and I will mark your entry. Just mark your payment with a raffle ticket or Julie Evans in the caption. If you feel inclined to donate more, please give as your heart feels lead to do.
If you’re reading this and have made it this far, but don’t want an entry for a raffle ticket, please continue to pray for this sweet family as they start this new chapter.

Ashley Luna shared: One of the many amazing things about Hospice of Lubbock is the effort to honor our Veterans!

Dear FB family and friends, it has been awhile since we posted asking for help to fill up the veteran’s food pantry at Hospice of Lubbock. The response was beyond generous and has enabled us to meet the needs of every veteran asking for help. We have filled approximately 200 food & hygiene bags since the first of this year! (Thanks to all of you that donated!)
The pantry shelves are just about empty again and we know the requests for help will be increasing as the holidays approach and the weather gets colder…
Once again we are asking for community help to fill the pantry. If you are interested in helping you can deliver (or ship) items to the office at 3702 21st Street (79410 ) 806-795-2751 or I will gladly pick up.
