Took a break from painting, unpacking, and organizing the shop to knock out a screw bell conversion. This bell throat was anything but round before I started but I eventually got the ring to rest perfectly.

All that remains in the old shop are some water hoses, the lights and my workbench. Now to attempt unpacking this stuff into the new shop! Super excited 😊

Friends, I am proud to be offering Jakob Winter cases through Caprock Brass Repair and will be placing a Christmas order Wednesday.

If you’re not familiar with their cases, you should be! They’re incredibly attractive, protective, and LIGHT! I won’t be limiting my orders to brass for this one so if you have any string or woodwind playing friends, feel free to have them reach out and I’ll add your case to the list.

The eastman line is a fiberglass outer, available in several colors and the greenline are a canvas like material, a lttle lighter but still a hard formed protective case. I’ve attached some photos of a few of them to get you excited! There are sooo many more.

These are definitely not a cheap case but I can guarantee lower prices than you’ll find anywhere else. AND if you happen to find it cheaper, I’ll beat it just to earn your business.
