My oil painting began in 1984 and has become a great passion. Although I have worked in other mediums, oils are my favorite. My delight is to share the beauty of God’s creation in realistic detail. I have been fortunate to see much of the world including most of the United States and many of the countries in Europe and Africa. The memories of my travels bring joy when reproduced on canvas. inting has a story. The paintings I have completed for sale have dried over a year and are sealed for protection against UV and other harmful elements, as recommended by museums. They are framed and ready to hang. My artwork, exhibited in galleries, art festivals and businesses, is owned by collectors in states from Alaska to Florida. I paint from memory and photos. My work has been scanned using the high resolution Giclée technique and is available in limited signed edition in the size of your choice. I am experienced in commissioned work and look forward to discussing bringing to canvas any location/event, memory, past homeplace or family pet.
