The Sassy Store is looking for a dependable, motivated, and leadership-minded individual to join our team 💕
This position will begin as a flexible support role, but has strong potential to grow into a larger leadership/management position for the right person.
We are looking for someone who:
✨ Takes initiative without needing constant direction
✨ Learns quickly and adapts in a fast-paced environment
✨ Has strong customer service skills
✨ Enjoys merchandising, styling, and creating displays
✨ Can help maintain store organization and daily operations
✨ Works well independently and handles responsibility professionally
Retail experience is preferred, but work ethic, reliability, personality, and willingness to grow are extremely important to us.
Applicants must be available between 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM and available any day the store is open if coverage is needed.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a small business and eventually step into a larger role within the store. 💖
