After meeting Buddy Valastro at Lowell’s 200th Birthday Celebration, the official Buddy V’s account stopped by our LIVE candy stream to hang out with us! What an incredible moment for our small, woman-owned candy shop.

From cake boss to candy chaos — thank you for the support and for showing love to our little corner of the candy world! We’re so grateful and still smiling. ❤️

The John E Cox Memorial Bridge will be extra green this Tuesday in honor of St. Patrick's Day. Everyone who drives over it will be safe from the leprechauns 🌈

The bridge lighting projects were completed with private funds managed by the Lowell Waterways Vitality Initiative, operating under the fiscal sponsorship of the Greater Lowell Community Foundation. No public dollars were used.

Lowell’s The Hive Public Market was recently featured in The Boston Globe in an article highlighting innovative retail spaces across the Greater Boston region.

The article points to Hive Public Market as a positive example of how communities can support small businesses and create vibrant spaces for local entrepreneurs. Opened in November in the historic Hildreth Building, the market brings together a mix of vendors from the former Mill No. 5 along with new businesses.

We’re proud to see Lowell recognized as part of this conversation about creative approaches to supporting small businesses and strengthening downtown districts.
