How To Order:
1) Please follow instructions on our website: www.etsy.com/shop/fatedandformal
2) Please arrange your guest names and table numbers in an Excel (or Google Sheets) spreadsheet as shown in the listing photo and email to [email protected].

Once ordered, please allow 1-2 weeks for production. If you wish to customize your place cards and do not see your desired options here, please feel free to message me and I can let you know if I can customize them to your wishes. Please message me with any questions! Thanks!
