Timothy Loehmann, the officer who killed 12-year-old Tamir Rice, has been fired from a West Virginia law enforcement position.

West Virginia officials confirmed that the officer’s employment was terminated following renewed scrutiny of his background and public pressure surrounding his hiring. The decision has once again raised questions about how officers with controversial or deadly use-of-force histories are vetted, rehired, and allowed to continue policing in other states.

This event will be hosted on Thanksgiving day 10am-12pm at our Tumbleweed located at 3005 Charlestown Crossing-New Albany, IN 47150.
All meals are packed and ready for you to take with you.
