Lemons are probably my favorite of the citrus family. They bring so much light to any dish, but are also a big metaphysical helper!

Lemons are good for cleansing toxicity within your aura. It is said that a slice of lemon placed under a visitor's chair will make the friendship last. Lemon helps to break negative ties with your past. Also, lemon has the amazing ability to purify things and to help heal. They alsp help strengthen your immune system!

Lemons can do so much for you to help bring positivity and prosperity, which is why they are one of my favorite herbs.

Lavender is a very versatile herb that I love to use.

Lavender is a fantastic herb for calming, but can alsp be used for love, happiness, protection, purification, peace, house blessings, wisdom, healing grief and guilt, and many other things.

Lavender is also useful for self-love, and is a very uplifting herb to use in general.

Dried lavender under your pillow helps you sleep better at night, and will also bring peaceful dreams, pushing night terrors away from your mind.

Medicinally, lavender can help ca anxiety and relieve headaches, and has been used in these ways for centuries. She is also a wonderful insect repellent!
