1. Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
* 2 cups heavy cream
* 1 cup whole milk
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Mix cream, milk, sugar, and salt until sugar dissolves.
2. Add vanilla extract and stir well.
3. Chill mixture for 2 hours.
4. Churn in ice cream maker.
5. Freeze for 4 hours before serving.

2. Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients:
* 2 cups heavy cream
* 1 cup whole milk
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup cocoa powder
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of salt

1. Whisk cocoa powder and sugar together.
2. Add cream, milk, salt, and vanilla.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Chill for 2 hours.
5. Churn and freeze for 4 hours.

1. Blend strawberries into puree.
2. Mix puree with cream, milk, sugar, lemon juice, and salt.
3. Stir until sugar dissolves.
4. Chill for 2 hours.
5. Churn and freeze for 4 hours.

Ingredients:
* 2 cups heavy cream
* 1 cup whole milk
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
* Pinch of salt

1. Mix cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
2. Chill for 2 hours.
3. Churn in ice cream maker.
4. Add crushed cookies in last 2 minutes of churning.
5. Freeze for 4 hours.

4. Add chocolate chips in final minutes.
