Remember! A firearm with a barrel length under 16” (18.5” for shotguns) with a stock classifies as a Short Barrel Rifle. If you put a stabilizing brace on it, it is classified as a pistol.

With Form 4’s coming back super quick, Form 1’s are still taking roughly about 2 months for approvals, depending how you register the item.
