James Gadson....Over 55 years family friend of the store..so many great stories, from the time Jerry and I F'd up his sound in the early 70's to making sure Jimmy had his shrimp at every Xmas party! ..We Love you James , lost for words....Rest in Peace Mr. Gadson..

Happy Heavenly Birthday to Swingin' Irv Cottler...Great memories with Irv. He took Bob, Jerry and I to Dodger Stadium a few times in the 70's and 80's sitting in Frank Sinatra seats ...fun times..

Just came across this photo...circa 1972-3 Dale Anderson, Mitch Peters...Bob Tilles ...Dale...a monster in the recording studio, Mitch, principle timpanist for the LA Philharmonic and recording studio, Mitch was the timpanist for the movie 2001 a Space Odyssey...Bob was doing a vibe clinic in the store for the Percussion Arts Society..talk about Giants in the Percussion world...always had fun with Mitch ..we talked more about baseball then drums...
