✨Famous Dubai Chocolate Stuffed Dates ✨

Crispy, naturally sweet, & completely addictive. The perfect crowd-pleasing dessert for Easter and spring gatherings!

🌿 Ingredients
Kataifi Filling
• 1 package kataifi dough, thawed
• 1-2 tbsp ghee
• 1 cup tahini
• ¾–1 cup maple syrup (to taste)
• 1–2 tbsp vanilla extract
• ½–1 cup finely ground pistachios
Dates
• 20–24 Medjool dates, pitted
Chocolate Drizzle
• 6–8 oz dark chocolate (80–100%), chopped
• ½ cup coconut oil
• ½–1 cup maple syrup
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Optional Toppings
• Crushed pistachios
• Dried rose petals
• Extra toasted kataifi

🍯 Instructions
1. Prepare the Kataifi
Preheat oven to 375°F. Finely chop kataifi and bake until golden and crisp (8–12 minutes).
Transfer to a pan with ghee and lightly toast for extra flavor and crunch.
2. Make the Filling
Lower heat and mix in tahini, maple syrup, vanilla, and pistachios.
Stir until rich and slightly sticky. Adjust to taste and set aside.
3. Stuff the Dates
Slice and pit dates, then fill generously with the kataifi mixture.
Place on a lined tray.
❄️ 4. Chill (Don’t Skip)
Freeze for 20–30 minutes to firm up and make dipping easier.
5. Make the Chocolate
Melt coconut oil on low heat, add chocolate, and stir until smooth.
Mix in maple syrup and vanilla — it should be thick and glossy.
6. Dip & Finish
Dip or drizzle dates with chocolate and place on parchment.
Top with pistachios, rose petals, or extra kataifi.
