🌸🎾BALL ... HIT...GO! 🌸🎾
I was playing a USTA league doubles match this weekend and it was a battle of a match! On a changeover my partner said the most inspiring words “ball hit go.” She told me to just SEE the ball, HIT the ball and GO for it (dont’t hesitate). Sometimes you can tense up during a match because of the pressure to win and competitiveness. Hitting the ball while tense will cause you to not swing through your shots, loss of precision and power.
So these simple words really helped me stay focused and on track during the match and is a big reason we got the WIN! 🥳🙌 More reasons to love dubs! As having a supportive partner on court to keep you focused during the match is what its all about!
