I'd say my first real attempt at doing swirly bonbons was a success ... I don't have an airbrush machine or any cocoa butter yet, so I just used a gloved finger on chocolate and candy melts this time to get the hang of it. Best part is, they taste great! They've got a minty dark-chocolate ganache center.

Tricolor ginger bark! A mix of dark and milk chocolate on the underside, and white chocolate on top with tiny pieces of candied ginger and sprinkles, of course.
