It’s a special day art lovers! We’re dropping this “most sensational, inspirational, celebrational, Muppetational” new Tom Whalen screen-print inspired by “The Muppet Movie”!

This stunning new Muppets screen-print is a collaboration with our friends over at CODA, who released their exclusive variant of this design (on white paper) earlier this year. Our black paper variant is debuting today for the first time, alongside a highly exclusive, ultra-rare, rainbow reflective mirror variant that is limited to only EIGHT prints.  Yes, you read that correctly: 8

Maybe we’re a little crazy for doing this, but we had a few of these insanely cool sheets of paper in our studio just waiting for the right opportunity to blow some minds, and we decided that this Whalen design and its “rainbow connection” was the perfect fit.  It will absolutely not disappoint— the result is so radiant and spectacular, it was difficult for us to capture in a photograph, but we’ve done our best to convey its unique brilliance.  If you’re lucky enough to get one, we know you’ll love it!

Renowned artist Craig Drake has delivered yet another astonishing design in his series of Disney Princesses, this time portraying the head-strong, wonderfully defiant heroine from Disney’s 1989 animated classic The Little Mermaid.  

Here we find Ariel, reimagined in all of her elegance and beauty in Drake’s signature style, which often draws comparisons to the iconic works of Patrick Nagel in the 1980s— a wonderful coincidence considering the film’s decade of origin. Ariel is depicted in this piece, swimming is a sea of intricate and vibrantly colored light, fluid lines, bubbles, and under-water patterns. She is portrayed alongside a few cherished items from her collection of human treasures, a reminder of her curious and adventuresome spirit, and her ever-burning desire to explore the world up above.

The production process for this ambitious 36-color screen-print was a labor of love for our team, who spent countless hours pouring over every last excruciating detail of this design, resulting in what can truly be considered a masterpiece of hand-made traditional printmaking.
